Preta Path would be taken down rather quickly if he tries to absorb his Lightening armor.

The 3rd Raikage is one of the fastest in the manga, I dont see what is Pain's counter to speed blitzing

Speed blitz that's all. Preta Path is one of the slowest and weakest Pain hes not hard to kill.

He is not a fool, he will see Naraka Path reviving the destroyed Pain so he will target him instead.
the summons can be one shoted by the finger technique and animal path/preta path are too slow to react to his speed blitzing

And yet SM naruto was able to react to his attack, and hit him first, how he wanted, where he wanted. Pain has numbers, powerful jutsus (gravitational pull alone nullifies raikage's speed feat). He can fly, he can go invisible, he can use chibaku tensei. It all depends on how will he want to play his cards, but if he goes serious from get go, raikage is over.
