Unlike A(4th Railkage) the 3rd Railkage never shown the ability to go to V2 like his son and also....Sasuke was able to dodge A's attack in V1 and still was able to hit A with Chidori without him dodging and to top this of.....Itachi is faster than Sasuke as stated in the databook.
Hell Stab
This technique is powerful without a shadow of a doubt, but what people need to realize is that Itachi was able to tank Kirin(a mountain buster attack) and on top of that....this attack was made of Natural Energy which is superior to a ninjutsu attack that's made of a Natural Chakra(which the Hell Stab is made of).....neither do the Hell Stab is a mountain buster attack...nor is it made of a Natural Energy.
Amaterasu
The 4th Railkage(who's much faster than his father)needed to use two different attacks in order to dodge Amaterasu...which was V2 and Shunshin No Jutsu(Body Flicker Technique)...the 3rd Railkage in no way is he dodging Amaterasu or surviving from it.
Tsukuyomi or other Genjutsu
Itachi's Genjutsus was stated to be instant which means the moment the 3rd Railkage is struck by Itachi's Genjutsu....this match is over
Defense? Itachi wins
Speed? Tie
Hell Stab? Susanoo tanks
Amaterasu? nor does the 3rd Railkage dodging it or surviving from it.....3rd Railkage gets one-shot by Amaterasu
Tsukuyomi or other Genjutsu ? he gets one-shot again do to the Genjutsu being instant
I am even being nice to say Itachi wins mid diff.....the 3rd Railkage has no advantages against Itachi while Itachi has many advantages against the 3rd Railkage like Defense.
