i know many of you wonder why i said 2nd, because the So6P comes first! this dude is so powerful that not even the rasen-shuriken touched him? ok it was said that the hokage was the strongest ninja of the five nations, but i dont think tsunade fits that role. to think that sasuke pierced the 4th raikages shield, i don't think he can pierce the third! right now he is invicible!xd agree, disagree, raikage is the strongest being walking at the moment

Nobody is hating on minato. minato did what he can at that moment. plus, madara was not fighting him. the only person who can possibly top raikage is naruto thanks to minato sealing the biiju. but raikagee has the upper hand because he is literlly undead. that is why i said strongest being alive! and that is with no biijus either!d
