Think about it, if Edo Tensei requires an ritual beforehand to use the departed souls, why would Orochimaru summon Minato knowing his sealed in the Shinigami? Come on, he proved his awareness of this with bringing the Hokages back.

I know that 3rd Coffin is Madara, despite having "Fourth" written, and the fact Kabuto mentioned it, its either plot holes or Kabuto lying, pretty much how Obito lied being Madara

Does this mean Orochimaru runs this war?

Orochimaru didn't know about the fourth being sealed in the reaper, he didn't even know the reaper existed until the 3rd used it on him, then he had 3 years to reasearch about how to get his arms back and how to release the Hokage's souls.
Otherwise why would have Madara's summoning failed?

Orochimaru didn't know about the shinigami reaper seal technique at that time.....which means he didn't know how the souls can be released as well......but did he knew that minato was actually sealed? he would have failed anyway trying to summon the 3rd coffin if it had minato....
