I'd say that the leaf shinobi's will win this , they seem to be too powerful , considering the combinations of Kakashi and Gai's skills and Asuma and danzou's skills , dont think the raikage's can beat them.

ok probably he would have taken damage from rasenshuriken still rasenshuriken is (until now, so i think) the strogest wind element jutsu and all the jutsus of temari didnt hurt him at all so i never saw asuma or danzo using an s rank wind element jutsu ... and again the 3rds speed nearly keeped up with naruto so i just see gai as an real enemy
