For this one you form these handseals, *shows u handseals*, and then reform the chidori, and make it form a spear that can be as long as 10 m. you can split it into multiple additional blades once it makes contact with your opponent, drastically increasing the number of wounds it does...and of course it will numb ur opponent as well lol.
