This clone jutsu makes a clone of you that can move around the area, but can't do any jutsu whatsoever.
You simply make these handseals *shows u handseals* and then focus your chakra to create a basic clone of yourself.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja�s chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
For this one you do what you would have done with the previous jutsu, but distribute your chakra within it evenly, thus allowing it to do more than just move. This one can do jutsu.

Then strike that tree over there *points at tree* with the chidori you make by doing the above.

I'm only teaching you what you asked me to teach you. So as of right now your kirin training is 1/3 complete. You have to learn fire jutsu (A rank fire (Great Dragon Fire)) to get the second part of kirin, and then learn kirin itself.

(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it�s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.
You form the handseals *shows u handseals* then reform the chidori in your palm, but this time, you dont run with it. Rather, you manipulate the chidori into countless senbon. Unlike when you had to run to gather speed and strength for normal chidori, this chidori can strike more direct points of the body.
So, *creates a shadow clone*, use this jutsu to make the chidori senbon strike the vital points of my clone. Vital points are places on the body like the heart, lungs, etc. Try it out.
