The move obvious difference between the two and three tomoe Sharingan is the presence of a third marking, or tomoe, surrounding the pupil. However, this extra tomoe is far from just for show. With the awakening of the Third Tomoe, the user gains the ability to perceive movement from the opponent with even greater clarity, able to track faster movements than the Two Tomoe Sharingan can. The user also gains the ability to pierce through B-rank and below eye-based Genjutsu. The user can now copy handseals and temporarily copy techniques the opponent is using, as long as they are not Kekkei Genkai or Hiden techniques. The user is also now capable of hypnotizing opponents weaker than himself.

I consider that a perk as you can do that in 1T and 2T. Though at a lower rank.
IMO it's the ability to preceive movement... predicting whats going to happen. Ofcourse we do not predict at all we just gather information very quickly because of the 3T sharingan. The 3T sharingan will allow you to slow everything down and take in every detail quickly. Also it's a misconception that it slows down time but it really isn't that. It just slows everything down to a point where you can see everything that is going on and gather / process information faster. Thus you can react faster than anyone, though I am not talking about the speed of reaction but just reacting to it faster. <---- not sure if that made sense.
Reaction to something is strictly based on what you are capable of doing, but if you can gather and process information faster than anyone then you can act quicker.

I understand what you're saying. It allow us to keep up with the movements of people and objects faster than previous stages of Sharingan or normal eyes can. By increasing our ability to track the movements, we see more detail in the movements, such as positioning of limbs and joints, allowing us to make a strong guess as to what the opponent is about to do in the next stage of their movement. By allowing us to see movement in greater detail, the movement no longer appears as blurred movement, and therefore, it is perceived in slow motion, or at least, slower than it actually is moving. This allows us to react sooner than we would have with our regular eyes, or less Tomoe. Then, we can decide what our counterattack will be based on our strong guess of what the opponent's next movement will be.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Yes, I believe at this stage of the sharingan "3T" that what we talked about is the main and core ability of the sharingan. Ofcourse there are other cool abilities of it and the techniques [sharingan genjutsu] which we will go over at the last stage of our training session, but simply there isn't much. Also no custom Sharingan Techniques can be made so it's some what limited. However it's still a cool and a good ability to have. Now I'll say if you ever end up getting MS or EMS, the core ability of it change to something else but not until them.
As you activate your sharingan, I verify that you have two tomoe sharingan.
Lets get that 3rd one shall we? Look over there and don't turn around until 60 minutes has passed. "exactly 60 minutes"
Emma [btw this is my sharingan bio that i'll be using] performs hand seals and disappears into a flock of birds. All of them head towards a deep forrest.

*Ace nods at his teacher's instructions and turns around. After exactly 60 minutes, Ace turns around. During those 60 minutes, he heard the sound of birds' wings flapping, telling him that his teacher most likely turned into birds to avoid leaving footprints for him to follow. He turns around, and sure enough, his teacher is gone. Using his Sharingan, Ace looks around the terrain, trying to pick up any details that may hint him to where his teacher may have gone. After a few minutes, he notices that in one section of the trees near to him, the leaves are slightly disturbed, unlike any other parts of the trees in the forest surrounding him.*
So, she flew there, huh?
*Ace channels chakra into his feet and leaps into the trees, landing on a tree branch. Using his Sharingan to pick up details, he looks around for more signs of disturbed leaves. He then takes off into the forest. For the next few hours, he looks around, picking up chakra networks, but noting that none of them seem to match the signature or quantity of Emma's. He stops on another branch and lays his hand against a tree. A bead of sweat drips down his forehead as he looks around. Finally, he catches a glance of a flock of birds, each with matching chakra signatures. He notices that the birds' chakra signature matches those of his sensei's, and that the color of the bird's chakra indicates a specialty towards Katon and Suiton, the same as Emma's.*

Ohh, now I see what you mean.
*Ace focuses his Sharingan on the birds. He analyzes their chakra and looks closely at their bodies. Upon inspection, he realizes that the herons more than possess chakra, their body's are made of chakra, all except for one. This tells him that the one bird is Emma and the rest are mere clones. Knowing this, and using his Sharingan for accuracy, he takes out many shuriken and throws them at each the birds, causing the clones to poof away, leaving only Emma.*
In mid flight, Emma can see through the eyes of the bird that the shurikens are being thrown, knowing that each one of them are aimed at the other birds and not her, she quickly realizes that she is in fact discovered. With that said she quickly transforms back into her self, keeping the momentum forwards. Emma shifts her body weight forwards, feet first one leg extended and hitting the young uchiha in the head.

*As Emma transforms back into her human form, Ace's eyes widen slightly in delight.*
Ah, so I was right! Haha, I knew I could-
*In the middle of his sentence, he notices that Emma has begun to move. With his Sharingan, he reads her movement and sees that one of her legs are extending as the other one pushes her body. Monitoring her movement, he concludes that by beginning to extend to one leg while pushing her body with the other, she must be getting ready with a kick. He continues reading her movement, and from her angle of movement, he concludes that her jump will lead her to kick to land in his head and neck area. This is all accomplished with his Sharingan showing her movement to him slower than it really is, allowing him to pick up details. Ace quickly raises his hands crosses them over his head, blocking her kick. The impact sends him flying back and he lands on a lower tree branch.*
As you block and skid across the floor, Emma draws blood and performs handseals. Then slams her hand on the ground and release a genjutsu on you where you see snakes binding you in place. While the actions that Emma performs make it look like a summoning technique it is just a genjutsu. Soon as it's over, she throws a kunai with explosive tags towards you.

*As Ace lands, he moves his hands from across his face. As he does, he sees Emma form the seals and make contact with the ground with her hand. This tells him that he is about to summon an animal. Suddenly, he sees two snakes emerge from the ground and wrap around his body. However, as he looks at the snakes entangle his body, he sees that his chakra is agitated and flowing irregularly. Noticing that the technique also didn't create the usual puff of smoke of summoning techs, he concludes that he is in a Genjutsu. As Emma throws the kunai, Ace flows chakra through his body and lightens his body dramatically. The pulse of chakra that lessens his body's weight pushes out Emma's chakra, dispelling the Genjutsu. Being able to move, Ace leaps into the trees, landing on a branch above and dodging the kunai. He is able to leap so high because his weight has been decreased so much.*

Description: Contrary to its counterpart (the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique), instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter, though still using the same principle and mechanics. The user will make direct contact with the given target (through his hands), infusing them with earth chakra and lowering their weight drastically. The technique can lower a targets weight up to 10 times less than it originally had. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The same principle applies if used on a physical attack wich will be faster but will carry less momentum and as such, less physical damage. It doesn't change the "strength" of binding techniques (like Sand Release), where the user is manipulating a dynamic element but will decrease the impact damage of techniques that rely on it.

Note 1: It has been concluded that the technique you used can no longer break a genjutsu
Note 2: You are close to finishing the training, this is also a trick as you know the sharingan can only break visual genjutsu, however this is both.
Note 3: I need you to break both the visual aspect and the binding aspect two types of ways. [Tip: This is sharingan training]
Note 4: Technically you do not have 3T yet. So how woud you break a B ranked genjutsu with sharingan at this stage [this is more like a tip]

(I'm well aware that the description for how I broke the Genjutsu sucks, but I have no clue how exactly a Sharingan breaks through Genjutsu.)

I clearly look into the eyes of yours while you attempt to put more chakra into and attempt to break the visual aspect of the genjutsu. As you struggle, I see a third pupil form and know that you have broken the visual side of the genjutsu, however you are still bound in my genjutsu and unable to move. At that moment, I make a decision.... this is sharingan training after all..... I dispel my genjutsu so that you are free.
You did it correctly. To peirce through a visual genjutsu all you have to do is force chakra into the eyes and you can do it that way. BTW the real genjutsu for the snakes is the binding part. You'd need to use nagashi at that point to release yourself from binding.
So......
Able to precieve motion faster
Able to recognize hand seals faster
Able to break through genjutsu of B rank and lower using your sharingan.
