Now, do all of them share the same ability to break out of Genjutsu? I highly doubt it. Minato's CC is obviously the best out of all. My point being, that one tech doesn't prove anything.

His cornea also blocks the light from hitting his eyes directly. Eyes work on light. Without light, they won't be able to create any images. So, they can look at his eyes all they want. Without any visual input, it's useless:
