i run towards you while summoning a sword, then i move it with an irregular pattern, weaving it randomly in the air as i'm running towards you causing you to hallucinate multiple waving arms and not know where the sword is coming from, then i perform a horizontal slash from the right to the left to me.

As you approach wielding a sword, I remove a tanto myself in order to defend. Suddenly, you wave your arms and they multiple in great numbers, creating a mass of moving limbs. Knowing you unable to summon extra limbs as that would be impossible, combined with the fact that the limbs are moving in unison to your movements, I suspect a genjutsu. In response, I flow chakra into my doujutsu in order to pierce through the illusion wnile I swipe upwards and diagonally in order to counter your attack.

As korra says this, a bean sprout begins to grow around you as korra seemingly disappears from sight. The bean sprout traps madara, tightly binding him and lifting him up into the air as a bean pod opens behind him, revealing korra, sword drawn and ready to slit your throat.

You suddenly disappear from my vision while some sort of plant envelops me from below. Not seeing you perform any hand seals in order to initiate the technique, as well as being unable to determine the elemental release you were using, I quickly force my eyes downwards in order to look at my chakra flow. Indeed it is disturbed. With that conclusion, I quickly flow chakra into my doujutsu in order to pierce through the illusion.

No issues with this technique. Seems straight-forward and easy enough to understand. It works on all genjustu, I assume, and not just visual genjutsu.

Should you enter short range of a foe and they fail to keep their eyes off your's, then this is an ideal jutsu to use if you intend to capture your enemy. Causing them to fall asleep while still thinking they are awake, you can effectively kidnap them if used properly and in conjunction with other jutsus.

Trascend to Slumber is definitely a technique I can see myself using. It would pair very well with any tai/ken combo. Will use often. The second technique is okay, I'm not too fond of weapons play genjutsu but I can see its use. No questions on these two! Seem pretty straightforward.

The usage for this technique can vary, given that there are different types of genjutsu, it can be used as one to deceive your opponent, or paralyze them using chains or similar means, it can go as far as to control your opponent's movements and force them to do something "one of the Sharingan genjutsu's abilities", which is why custom Sharingan genjutsu is banned from submission, this technique compensates for that.

The first technique is one reason why I don't really like to fight Sharingan bios xD Yashiro just used it in a fight against me. The best way to avoid it is to focus on the chin and below, etc. Definitely a very versatile technique that I will use. The second tech is also great as I love paralyzing illusions. To me, they are the most useful. No questions on either of these!

First one is rather simple and straightforward.. no questions on it. But the second is rather weird. It requires 2 tomoe only? Which would not make sense as we do not gain the ability to sharingan genjutsu until 3T.

As this happens, the pain is intended to break the target's concentration and fall asleep. However, they likely won't and will stay woke, trying to resist the genjutsu. As this happens, they see their body parts changing into the faces and bodies of their old friends and allies, tormenting and ridiculing them. This mental torture is used with the goal of causing the enemy to pass out and faint in the genjutsu while forcing them to sleep in the real world. Note: Must have tomoe 3 to use and paralyzing effects last 1 turn.

Note: Can only be used with tomo 3 sharingan.

Think of this one as a watered down Tsukiyomi, minus the eye contact. When in short range, you cast this and cause the enemy to see white and black, basically inversed, surroundings and swords around you and the target, spinning around before they pierce the body greatly, paralyzing them for one turn.

Description:A Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. After activating their Sharingan, the clan member will look into the eyes of their target to bind them with a paralyzing illusion. This illusion takes the form of giant spikes which stake them in place and restrict their movement. A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.
Note: Requires Tomo 3 sharingan.

Pretty much an advanced version of Piercing Feathers, you lock eyes and bind them in an illusion where they are bound by giant spikes that pierce them in lock them into place. A ninja of high enough rank (read: higher rank) will be able to fight the binding off and move while the spikes are pierced through them, though to little effect if you cause them to pierce the right places, like joints of the limbs.


The last Sharingan related jutsu is perhaps one of the most versatile and useful. In the event of your opponent using an elemental attack against you that you are able to see, then you are able to actually learn it. Kakashi made this famous as he was able to copy 1000 jutsu's or whatever. Here in the RP as you might know, have to have seen the jutsu atleast once. Then long as the jutsu is fully used with full handseals you can copy it once. Even a custom jutsu. However if they have a custom jutsu that is water and it is their specialty and used only a single handseal, you can not copy it. Only a jutsu that you've seen the full set of handseals can be copied, unless you both have the same elemental specialty. Also note it is also can be used only once and must have seen it prior to using it.

Description: After gaining the 3 Tomoe Sharingan, the user gains the ability to copy the technique the enemy is using and use it as his own. A limitation of the technique is the inability to mimic and copy KG techniques, fuuinjutsu, kinjutsu, genjutsu, medical ninjutsu or hidden clan/bio techniques.

Descrption: The user casts the illusion upon the opponent where the surroundings similary to Tsukiyomi go black and white and swords then begin levitating around the user and the opponent spinning around before the user then manipulates the swords to peirce the opponents body. The initial attack causes mental damage and temporarily paralyses the opponents body restricting their overall performance. (paralysing lasts 1 turn)
Note: Can only be used with tomo 3 sharingan.

Think of this one as a watered down Tsukiyomi, minus the eye contact. When in short range, you cast this and cause the enemy to see white and black, basically inversed, surroundings and swords around you and the target, spinning around before they pierce the body greatly, paralyzing them for one turn.

Description:A Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. After activating their Sharingan, the clan member will look into the eyes of their target to bind them with a paralyzing illusion. This illusion takes the form of giant spikes which stake them in place and restrict their movement. A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.
Note: Requires Tomo 3 sharingan.

Pretty much an advanced version of Piercing Feathers, you lock eyes and bind them in an illusion where they are bound by giant spikes that pierce them in lock them into place. A ninja of high enough rank (read: higher rank) will be able to fight the binding off and move while the spikes are pierced through them, though to little effect if you cause them to pierce the right places, like joints of the limbs.


The last Sharingan related jutsu is perhaps one of the most versatile and useful. In the event of your opponent using an elemental attack against you that you are able to see, then you are able to actually learn it. Kakashi made this famous as he was able to copy 1000 jutsu's or whatever. Here in the RP as you might know, have to have seen the jutsu atleast once. Then long as the jutsu is fully used with full handseals you can copy it once. Even a custom jutsu. However if they have a custom jutsu that is water and it is their specialty and used only a single handseal, you can not copy it. Only a jutsu that you've seen the full set of handseals can be copied, unless you both have the same elemental specialty. Also note it is also can be used only once and must have seen it prior to using it.

Description: After gaining the 3 Tomoe Sharingan, the user gains the ability to copy the technique the enemy is using and use it as his own. The user will first need to witness the technique completely to memorize all aspects of it, including the opponents chakra flow and focus upon using it as well as the hand seals. A limitation of the technique is the inability to mimic and copy KG techniques, fuuinjutsu, kinjutsu, genjutsu, medical ninjutsu or hidden clan/bio techniques.
Note: User needs to have 3 Tomoe active
Note: Can only be done 2 times per battle on techniques that have hand seals
Note: Copied technique can only be used in the match its witnessed and only once
Note: User needs to be capable of performing the technique himself, meaning he needs to have the correct chakra natures, rank, abilities, etc to use the technique. This is also valid for elemental specialties, where the user might be unable to copy a technique by only one handseal unless he has the same specialty as the enemy.
Note: Can only be used on techniques up to S-Rank

First one is really basic again. A simple paralyzing genjutsu.

Second one is again a paralyzing gen although stronger in rank. Downside is the eye-contact though.

Okay, the third technique is the one i'm interested in. I notice you can copy twice per battle but the copied technique can only be used once. So if an opponent uses a fireball with four hand seals, I use this technique to copy that. Do I have to post this technique and have it count as a move? Then if I use the copied fireball technique I have to use another move.

But in our turn based RP, it'd go like this..

Meaning to copy the technique, the user wouldn't be able to defend from the fireball. Cant the timeframe go..

Since the copy technique requires no chakra or movement besides visual contact, the user should be able to simultaneously use a water technique to defend himself? Later on, he can use the fireball he previously copied.
