The stage is yet again, another increase in the Sharingan. Naturally, it is stronger. Besides the enhanced perception and ability to copy that the 2 Tomoe Stage offers, the 3 Tomoe Stage offers the additional benefit of allowing the user to predict motions, an incredibly useful tool. Besides that, the other benefits are enhanced, so the user can perceive motions even better and see things at faster speeds as if they were in slow motion. In addition, the user would be able to escape from higher ranked Genjutsus (B-Rank in RP Term). There's also the added effect of being able to hypnotize weaker opponents (1 Rank Below the User) that the previous stages did not offer, so long as direct eye contact is made. In terms of unlocking, it is the same as before. It requires intense training and the need for its power, generally from a moment of great despair, anger, or other relatively negative intense emotions. Jakai then calmly looked towards his Sensei and awaited what was to come.

Obito was pleased. "Correct. The Sharingan activates based on needs; if you need it, and you have the will for it, it will activate further. You can train, sure, but that will only make you better at using the Sharingan you currently possess, not force you into activating the next step. And those abilities you described are basically right... we'll go into detail with its abilities later on."

It all started long ago in a distant land. Kaguya Otsutsuki had arrived from a distant world with her clan and had brought change to the world. At the right time, when the Shinju Tree had blossomed and grew a fruit, Kaguya ate the fruit, granting her the powers and secrets of chakra (but someohow she already had the Byakugan. Some messed up shit is going on cause Kishi needs to clarify things...) Upon eating the fruit, Kaguya had gained a higher level of power never before seen. A drastic change was placed upon her, splitting her forehead to reveal a powerful Doujutsu, the RinneSharingan. With that, the secrets of chakra were revealed and in time, passed on.
The first two inheritors of chakra after Kaguya were her children, Hagaromo and Hamura Otsutsuki. The two were bestowed powerful abilities, where Hagaromo had inherited the Rinnegan, a variation of the RinneSharingan, and Hamura inherited his mother's Byakugan, which he himself managed to evolve into the Tenseigan, a power that rivaled the Rinnegan. Even with these awesome powers, Hagaromo and Hamura were soon left in a difficult situation, when they were forced to stopping their very own mother from the massive destruction she planned to unweave onto the world. Thanks to them, they managed to seal the Rabbit Demon, and the beast she created. Rather than leaving any trace of her from ever returning, Hagaromo decided to split her chakra as the Juubi into 9 different forms which would soon be known as the Tailed Beasts. In time, Hagaromo had since decided to travel and pass on his teachings of chakra to guide and unite the people of the world.
As he would do this, he bore children of his own, the two brothers, Indra and Asura. Indra and Asura, though unaware at first, were destined to be chosen to be the inheritor of Hagaromo's will and to guide the people of the world. Indra was naturally gifted. He was a prodigy, mastering things on his own and being incredibly powerful alone. Not only that, but he had inherited the eyes of his father. The eyes that would soon be recognized across the land, the Sharingan. Indra's younger brother Asura was unlike him. He was relatively weak at first, despite gaining the body of the Sage of Six Paths. He was incompetent in his skills, lacking the power and abilities his older brother had. However, Asura would managed to increase his power with the bonds he forged with his friends. And so, the fateful day arrived when Hagaromo was meant to decide his successor. Due to a difference of opinion, the younger brother was selected.
While the older brother, Indra, believed power was the key to peace, the younger brother, Asura, believed love was the key to peace. The selection came at a heavy price. Out of anger, jealousy, disgust, and more, Indra had split from his brother. The two were soon left to battle for their position. The battle however would not end, even in death. Their legacy passed on with their descendants, with their spirits literally transmigrating into select individuals to continue the battle between the brothers. The descendants of Asura would soon become the Senju, while the descendants of Indra would soon become the Uchiha. Their legacy continued throughout the constant battles between the Senju and Uchiha. Each and every Uchiha would be faced with the horrible destiny of The Curse of Hatred, branding them as the victims of the never-ending battle. Likewise, the Senju would be bestowed the Will of Fire, which would shine brightly in hopes of creating peace and stability.
Over the years, Indra's and Asura's reincarnation would appear as Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju. At this time, the Ninja World was in a state of constant war. Ninjas were found along the battlefield and in every corner of the globe. The bloodshed was horrifying. Not even the children were safe from the gruesome effects of the battles. Of all the clans that fought though, the most feared where the Uchiha and Senju. These two clans had opposed one another and rivaled in power. And by some fortunate chance, and what can be considered a miracle, the two members of the clan had come into contact with one another. This was no meeting of two rivaling powers though, but rather a meeting of two friends.
Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha would soon become friends, training with one another to hone their skills, dreaming of days when the wars would end and people could be united, all the while unaware of the true identity of each other. It was not until a fateful day, where Hashirama and Madara's friendship was put to the test. The two were soon found out, and their families would finally come into battle with one another. During the battle, Madara had severed the bond between him and Hashirama, believing it futile to continue with this, what he believed to be was, facade. And so, the battle between the two clans continued until both Hashirama and Madara had soon become leaders of their respective clans. The battle was brutal, but in the end, the Senju had become victorious. Madara would even lose his own brother in this horrible battle. However, all was not lost, as this battle led to another great change in the Ninja World.
Unexpectedly, the two clans managed to overcome their differences, and become united. Madara and Hashirama had finally returned as the friends they once were, and had started a revolution in the Ninja World by creating the very first Hidden Village. All seemed great for some time, but this was not so. Despite being together, animosity would still be present. Madara's appearance had become fowl by other's opinions, and even his own clan would begin to reject him. And so, the Curse of Hatred continued. Madara was forced from the village, leading towards another terrible battle in what would lead to Madara's alleged death.
Time passed and soon the village had moved on, but suspicions and animosity continued between the Uchiha and the rest of the Village. They were soon outcasted, and closely monitored. In time, the Uchiha planned a Coup d'état. The Village officials however, were aware of this and planned accordingly for how to handle it. Before the fateful day of the planned attack though, the Uchiha Clan was murdered by one of its very own, Itachi Uchiha. Some rumors say that it was an inside job, and that Itachi had done so due to orders from the Hokage. Either way, the result left the Uchiha Clan a shell of it's former self.
And that is the history of the Uchiha Clan. Jakai then calmly looked towards his Sensei and awaited what was to come.

Obito smiled, and yawned, and acted as if he paid attention. "Sure.. uh, yes, correct, let's go with that..."
With superhaxprowess, he appeears in front of you with a single kunai. The kunai pierced your stomach, causing intense abdominal pains. He dashed back and announced, "As I've explained earlier, the Sharingan activates based on needs. You have to need it for it to come to you, you can't just pray or hope for it. Now, kill me. Before you inevitably die."

(I don't know if I was supposed to take the hit or not .-. I never know with you. By saying superhax, it seems as though you want me to continue to fight with the wound, but based on previous things, I'm going to try and counter the kunai.
EDIT: I think sometimes you purposely want to fool me .-. LOL)
Using his 2 Tomoe Sharingan, Jakai saw the kunai heading his way, but it was not enough. His sensei was just too quick. No way! He's so superhax powerful!. Jakai would then be stabbed. He grabbed his stomach and looked to his sensei, ready to counter. After hearing him, Jakai would then punch his sensei in the face, followed by using his foot to push his sensei's leg, knocking his sensei off balance, with a final uppercut to the gut that would send his sensei in the air. The moment he rose up, Jakai would concentrate chakra in his palm and swing it in an arc to release a crescent blade of chakra aimed at his sensei's legs.

Obito activates his Sharinga (passive) and phases immediately as he sees your fist fast approaching. Your attack would simply go through his body, and naturally, with your momentum, you would stumble forward as Obito turns towards you. With two hand seals weaved, he releases a blast of sticky water from his mouth. It soaked you and pinned you to the ground. He does this while dashing back, gaining some space between the two.

By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito often exploits this characteristic to ambush his opponents from below. Though unable to establish any physical contact while intangible, Obito can move while phased at great speeds and can trigger the technique on instinct alone, relying on his Sharingan to perceive and calculate attacks and how to activate the technique in the most precise manner. Using his Sharingan, Jakai took quickly reacted to phasing through his sensei. He quickly turned and noticed his sensei moulding chakra and performing 2 handseals. Before his sensei could complete the technique, Jakai would begin to surge Earth Chakra, causing a slight tremor that would make his sensei lose his footing and balance, causing his aim for the tech to miss Jakai. Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

As the enemy released the water technique, Obito simply created a gust of wind while facing to his left. The gust of wind propels him to his right where he narrowly evades the jet of water. He lands safely after, unharmed, and still at mid range.

With a single hand seal, four hawks located in your North, East, South, and Wests, takes form. They glide around in a circular pattern, maintaining the same distance from you as they moved. With another hand seal, Obito commanded the hawks to take the form of small bullets that would pierce through your legs (two in each).

Description: The user does one handseal, and the air in on of 4 different locations, North, East, South West, will compress and assume the shape of a hawk, soaring in the air about 20 meters from the ground, and Long range from the opponent(s). It will glide around in a circle, always keeping the same distance from their correspondent target. With one seal, the user can make this wind-hawk (One at a time, or as the user wishes) shoot itself at speeds slightly higher than the current sniper bullets, and will assume a similar shape, aiming to pierce the opponent in a specific (or not) place, depending on the accuracy of the user of this technique.
*Can only be used once. The hawk must be dispersed or used before the user (And only the specific user) of this technique can preform any other jutsu. If the user of this technique is knocked unconscious, killed or vanished, the hawk will vanish.
Once targeted (At the beginning of the jutsu) the hawk can't change opponents, and will disperse harmlessly if the said opponent vanishes, looses consciousness or get's killed.

Jakai noticed his sensei moved out of the way. He easily avoided the attack. Jakai then noticed his sensei begin moulding chakra. 4 birds of wind then appeared, circling around Jakai. Jakai was beginning to lose focus from his sensei. Damn it! I keep having to focus on his attacks. I barely have enough time to counter! And these birds, what are they?. Jakai tried to stay cautious. Using his eyes, he could only see the birds for a moment after his sensei performed another handseal. CRAP! Jakai could only barely see it, but he knew what was coming. His eyes, at this stage were simply not enough to help him. He could barely see the wind birds, and even though he could barely see them, his body couldn't even react in time. He was helpless, standing there seeing an attack coming his way knowing that he would have to take it head on. WHY! WHY WHY WHY! Why am I so weak! Why can't I stop him! Why can't I hang out with him over the summer! Why! And then it happened, each of his feet were struck by the wind birds, making Jakai immobile. He fell to the floor in agony, cursing his sensei, but more importantly, cursing himself for not getting stronger.
