"Right away sensei!

A 1 Tomoe Sharingan is at its weakest stage then, which is still powerful in it of itself. At this stage, the Sharingan's abilities allows the user to perceive track speeds and motions at a higher rate than standard eyes and visually perceive chakra. Unlike the further stages, this stage does not offer much more than that."

Jakai then activates his 1 Tomoe Sharingan and points his fingers to his eyes, showcasing them to his sensei.

Obito hands the student with a scroll containing information. "Here, if you ever need to refresh your memories of the abilities of the 1T Sharingan... If not, let's move on. Try and find me." Suddenly, the entire training grounds is enveloped in thick smoke. Obito, whilst this happens, uses some hacks F-Rank FTG Move to teleport to a rainforest near the training ground. He hides behind the largest tree of the forest.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

Abilities:

A sharingan wielder has two 'modes': Normal vision, like any other shinobi, and Chakra vision. Chakra vision is easily compareable with real life Infrared vision, but instead of seeing red and orange, you see blue from the chakra. The three abilities are stated below.

Chakra Perception:
The wielder of a regular sharingan is able to 'see' chakra once the 1st tomoe is activated. The chakra can be seen through the chakra system, in the air, as a solid form, as it is channeled through a medium, etc. It can be seen as long as there are no solid hindrance blocking the way. You are able to look to your own chakra system to confirm that you are under an illusion by analyzing the disturbed chakra system, but keep in mind, it is considered meta gaming to look at your chakra system without the proper reasoning and explanation. Along with chakra perception, an Uchiha with the 1st tomoe is able to notice the difference in elemental chakra. The color they see remains the same, however, a shinobi familiarized with the basic five should know the properties of a particular element. This is done by examining how it flows; wind chakra to an Uchiha will look relatively thin as opposed to regular chakra, while water chakra would have a smoother flow. The user can see through some solids, only those that are relatively thin and not thick in width.

Genjutsu:
The 1T Sharingan is able to pierce through D-rank and below illusions. This trait is rather tricky. It is only able to actually "pierce" and break through D-rank illusions as long as they are visual based. This is done by visually seeing the distortions and chakra in a certain area and using the sharingan's ability to perceive chakra to distinguish between reality and illusion. Because it only works for visual-based illusions, techniques like Crushing snakes constrict that serves to immobilize the target would be unaffected by an attempt to pierce through the illusion.

Tracking:
The 1T Sharingan gives the user 1.5x tracking speeds, in regards to the RP of course. The 1T is not as powerful, but nevertheless it grants some form of enhanced tracking. The tracking ability pertains to the ability to react to faster speeds and actions. This also includes formulating an attack, deciding on a quick counter, etc. The tracking ability of the Sharingan basically allows a person to see a projectile, or a moving object like a moving fist slowed down. This means that despite being able to track the enemy, if they get too close, you have a smaller gap of time to defend accordingly. Your tracking abilities, and along with general Sharingan abilities are enhanced slowly over time as you train and grow.

Jakai takes the scroll and looks through it. "Oh wow, this is really thorough. Thanks sensei."

Suddenly, a large smoke envelops the training area and Obito sensei vanished from sight. Jakai, remembering what his sensei had to say about finding him, then looks around the training grounds with his 1 Tomoe Sharingan, in an attempt to find his sensei. "So I can't see him with normal vision. Which means, I'm going to have to use Chakra vision. I already saw his chakra color before, so I know what to look out for."

With that, Jakai starts dashing through the training area and moves through the nearby rainforest. Stopping for a moment after looking, Jakai thinks for a moment. "Hmm, well it'd be obvious that sensei wants me to find him with chakra vision. So naturally, he'd be hiding in relatively difficult spot. That means I can take out looking in the obvious spots. So definitely not at the biggest tree in this rainforest I see in the distance. Alright, so I have to look where I'd never think"

Jakai then goes through a montage scene of looking in various spots and areas in the forest. He looks under some rocks, inside a little hutted tunnel, underground, inside a pond, etc. After awhile, he ends up back in the same spot he was before. "AHH! Sensei! Dammit! He is some master of evasion. Where could he be??? Where haven't I looked yet?"

Jakai then suddenly realizes the one place he didn't look and heads to the big tree in the rain forest. As he approaches it, he sees slightly through the tree with his chakra vision and notices Obito sensei's chakra. "Haha! I found him!" Jakai then goes behind the tree and sees his sensei waiting behind it.

You find... the wrong big tree. (Hint: Use Sharingan's ability to see chakra. Use its perceptive abilities to take note of the tiny details.)

Jakai looks passed the tree and then realizes he was mistaken."Dammit! I could've sworn he was here. Hmm, lemme think."

Jakai then begins to think of what happened first. After meeting his sensei, he noticed sensei's chakra color and also him using an incredibly hax jutsu that increased his speed tremendously. To the normal eye, nobody would've seen it. And unfortunately, Jakai's Sharingan was too underdeveloped to actually notice it. However, his Sharingan had just enough perceptional capabilities to notice that Obito sensei made a dash towards the rain forest in one direction and it left a barely noticeable trail of his chakra. "That's it! I remember now! He didn't use a transportation technique, but a speed enhancing technique! Sensei sure is incredible. Still a jerk though for nearly killing me."

With that, Jakai rushes to where he first met his sensei and after arriving, he heads in the direction where he saw him race towards. "Alright, he went this way. I know he's gonna want me to use my Sharingan. Wait, Sharingan grants chakra vision and also heightened perceptional skills! Sensei wants me to use both! I have to find his chakra and also use my heightened perception to notice the small details! Which means, he must've left tracks!"

Jakai runs through the path, scanning all over for small details. He noticed a branch on the floor snapped and realized he must be heading in the right direction. He then sees a footprint barely visible on the dusty ground. Continuing with these patterns, Jakai eventually begins to notice trails of chakra, meaning that he must be getting closer. He then continues and notices another big tree. As he looks at it, he notices the same chakra color he saw in the beginning! "This time! I found you for sure!"

Jakai then rushes behind the tree and looks behind it.

Obito says, disappointingly, "Wow, you actually found me. Tsk, beginners luck, I guess. Let's move our practice on that lake, now." Obito allows the student to walk ahead of him, at least three meters. As they walked, he took out the his katana and yelled, "Never turn your back on the enemy!" He quickly jumps up into the air, pointing the tip of the blade downwards in an attempt to drill it down your collarbone. The close gap between the two and quick movements of Obito would be too fast, forcing the young Uchiha to rely on the Sharingan's abilities of tracking and generally perceiving Obito's body movements.

Jakai gave an extremely surprised look." What?! Were you expecting me not to fund you? Sensei, I've been searching everywhere! How can you say beginner's luck!" Jakai continued rambling on aimlessly, failing to realize that his Sensei already began moving on. He said the training would be held at the lake, and so that was the way he headed. Finally coming to his senses, Jakai stops rambling and follows up on him. "Wait up Sensei!"

Jakai runs ahead, ending up walking 3 meters ahead of his sensei, not really thinking too much about anything. Suddenly, without any notice, Obito Sensei begins to yell at Jakai "Never turn your back on the enemy!". With that, Jakai turns around and sees his sensei already in the air with a katana aimed at his collarbone. Before even having enough time to yell at his Sensei, Jakai's Sharingan stares straight at his Sensei. He notices the aim of where the sword was going and could easily see the slightest movements that went on. He noticed how still Sensei was, making it clear to Jakai that he wasn't going to turn away. But everything was happening too fast. Jakai was noticing these things before he could even yell. His eyes could see what was going on, but his body couldn't react fast enough. Maybe if his eyes improved he would be able to predict and counter better. At the near final moment of the strike, Jakai manages to shift slightly to the left, making it so rather than the sword piercing his collarbone, the sword would make a thin long cut down his arm. "AH! DAMMIT!"

Jakai held his now bleeding arm. The cut wasn't too deep, but it was still painful. He quickly took out some cloth and began wrapping it around his arm to stop the bleeding. As he would do so, he looked at his sensei with his ferocious eyes. "Sensei? What's wrong with you? You're not my enemy! And what are you doing? Are you trying to put me back in the hospital again?!"

Jakai continued to wrap his arm until he was finished. He stared at his Sensei, glaring viciously. He thought to himself. "This man... He's an Uchiha?! It infuriates me! To think, that the Uchiha has such wicked people. I need to beat him. I'm going to surpass him. I will not let him make a fool out of me!"

Obito landed, saddened that he had missed his target. "Foolish Uchiha. You lack the experience to survive in a world like ours." Using the same katana, Obito channels lightning chakra through it and empowers it with the vibrations of the lightning molecules. He turns around and throws it to the enemy as a projectile.
This was aimed for his left thigh.

Jakai, now finished wrapping his arm, notices his sensei speak again. He then is surprised to see his sensei begin to take out his katana and infuse lightning chakra into it. "Again?! I'll show him!" Jakai then focused on his sensei's movements. He could see clearly the chakra being surged through the katana, and knew just how much he needed to counter. As well, using his Sharingan, Jakai noticed the precise point that his sensei was aiming towards, his left thigh. By knowing this, Jakai kept a relatively still position and and took out his own katana and infused lightning chakra into it.

Afterwards, Jakai slammed the sword into the ground (Like Sasuke against Killer Bee) right next to left thigh, stopping his sensei's sword from cutting any further. Jakai's blade was also infused so the two attacks cancelled out. "Don't call me foolish! I'm an Uchiha, and I can see you with these eyes."

With the two strikes cancelled out, Obito acted quickly. Sending a surge of earth chakra throughout his entire body, he creates an earth armor to rapidly emerge. This, however, came with a special feature. From its stomach, a spike was shaped as it emerged. Because of their close proximity, the student would inevitably be stabbed by the spike should he stay within range/leave it undefended.

Jakai, now completely focused in the heat of battle, notices that his sensei was surging chakra throughout his body, and a lot of it. He continued focusing on his sensei's chakra as earth armor began to cover him. While the armor is emerging rapidly, Jakai notices a heavy amount of chakra being placed within his sensei's stomach. And in that moment, he could predict an attack coming. As he sees the earth armor form a spike from his stomach. Quick to react, Jakai surged water chakra throughout his entire body, making his body a liquid, and causing the spike to go straight through him, without hurting him.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

"Are you trying to get me to hit you back?" Jakai quickly jumps back and gets away from the spike as soon as it happens. He stands 10 meters away from his sensei now, and solidifies his body again.

Great description

As you face me, a massive ball of flames appears out of no where from the sky and makes its descend. It's size was massive and covered even the sun itself. Obitostands there, unfazed by the phenomenon.

Jakai, still furious at his sensei, looks up to the sky and notices a tremendous ball of fire, larger than the sun, heading his way. Sensei! Loo— He took notice to his Sensei standing completely unfazed by the fireball. He thought to himself, Why isn't he reacting? Wait! Looking back up, he realized that no heat was emanating form the fire. The intense flame, approaching ever slow closely, was completely cool. He looked to his sensei. I can't believe you're trying to fool me like that. I can see through the genjutsu. After coming to the realization that it was a genjutsu, Jakai became infuriated at the sheer thought of his sensei belittling him. He couldn't stand it. It was just constant teasing with him. A Genjutsu?! Really? What am I to you? I'm an UCHIHA! This won't work! With that, Jakai then breaks through the genjutsu, and the fire would disappear, giving a menacing look at his sensei.

Jakai notices his sensei looking towards him, and then feels a certain sense of power increase. He had realized what it had all been for. All this was meant to unlock his power further. He had finally gained 2 tomoe in his Sharingan. He was overjoyed, but remained with his serious composure. So this is the next stage of the Sharingan huh? I can already feel it. I'll be able to see and track things that move at much higher speeds (RP Wise | 2X Tracking Speeds). I'll even be able to predict some ninjutsu by watching the handseals of the opponent. And now, I can see through even higher ranked Genjutsus than before (RP Wise | C-Rank). Jakai looked at his Sensei with a stare. He gave a small nod. Thank you...
