In the developing stages of the Sharingan, a secondary comma is revealed, heighten the clarity to see chakra and track faster movement, Genjutsu becomes more easy to recognized and able defend against C-rank and below, and techniques are memorized and used as your own. This is the next stage to achieving the 3 comma, where the Sharingan vision has far greater perks.
Like always, emotional stress awaken this stage, although within Sasuke Uchiha, the primary (left) and secondary (right) comma were reveled, showing it takes far more stress to fully awaken them.

Sasuke throws a smoke bomb covering your view of him. He creates clones and him and them have hidden themselves in the large training field, to your left is a large pond of water, to the right a forest, and all around you between those two is a large open grassy plain, with jagged rocks dotting the area.
Using your Sharingan's ability to see the flow of chakra, use this to locate me, and distinguish my chakra flow from amidst the area.

Sasuke stands hostile across from Obito....
Obito steadily watches as Sasuke makes his move, throwing a smoke bomb, misting the area in a cloud of smoke (concealing his position). Obito stood helpless as Sasuk's next move was creating several Kage Bunshin that are identical to himself. Soon after, Obito calmed himself and begin scanning around the open grassy field, in the midst of the smoke screen. However, his eyesight failed him because of the thickness of the smoke, so he activated his Sharingan (with the 1 comma flickering in both his eyes), hoping to have a clearer perception. To his misfortune, the cloud of smoke still hinder his vision, but he was able to distinguish the chakra of Sasuke - due to the Sharingan ability to see chakra - to pinpoint his location, although, his Kage Bunshin made it impossible to distinguish from the real body. Hesitating to attack, he sat back to watch for subtle movements from Sasuke and his Kage Bunshin - within the cloud of smoke - to prevent ambushes or surprise attacks.

You chakra signature cannot be distinguish between your Kage Bunshin. The Kage Bunshin you created share your chakra signature because they are your clones. You have deceive me. Only way to find out where the real you lays is dispersing each Kage Bunshin.

Ok good, you seem to have the basics of Chakra sight down, now for this next test, you will have no doubt already noticed that the Sharingan seems to slow motion down in your eyes, allowing you increased reactions, it allows you to discern the moves of your opponents, by breaking down the movement of there limbs sometimes with such effect it can seem like precognition.
Now your visual prowess has not yet reached this stage.
But with that in mind i want you to practice following the handseals i will be making, in doing so i wish you to deduce the exact technique i'm using.
Kind of like a game of guess who, but now it's guess jutsu.
Asami does the Horse → Tiger or Snake → Ram or Tiger → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger signs and breathes out a fireball.

Utilizing his Sharingan, Obito read the chakra kneaded for the technique and following the sequence of hand-seal performed, his perception was slower than normal (due to the Sharingan), allowing him to track the hand-seals. Memorizing the hand-seals, he recalled a technique which the hand-seals are executed. He infer it was the Great Fireball Jutsu.

Memorizing the hand-seals, although, not knowing what the hand-seals would execute, he pinpoint the time of the Jutsu release. Observing it was water, in the shape of a shark, he infer it was the Water Shark Technique.
Note: I thought since I don't have have not train in Suiton that it would be impossible from me to know what the technique is by knowing the hand-seals.

It would be but just for training purpose im training you on how it would be for later on when you do finish water ^^Okay now to achieve 2T we will do a taijutsu battle (tho I suck at tai so this will be short). In the battle I want you to use your sharingan to fight against me and explain you using the sharingan and how you are using it.

Asami foward with her right leg driving the bottom of her foot into your stomach using the momentum of the slide to increase its power. From that position she plants her left palm on the ground and turns her hips to the right so that her back is now facing the ground. She swings her left leg up forcefully, kicking the bottom of your chin snapping your head back and knocking you into the air.

Whilst still on guard, Obito activated his Sharingan (crimson red with the pupil centered and 1 comma circling it), which flickered in both his eyes to anticipate Asami's movements. Following Asami's movements - with his Sharingan - everything was perceived slower than normal; her body was moving in slow motion. As she prepared to drive her right foot into Obito's abdomen, Obito was able to set up a defense: he lift his right leg, bending his knee, blocking the kick. As Asami transition her attack to lift her left leg to kick Obito's chin (lifting him in the air), Obito quickly tracked - with his Sharingan - to anticipate for an counter-attack, although, instead of blocking, he jolt backwards to 5 meters (close-range) to not receive any risky damage.
