I'm not saying Kakashi would win, but you saying his moves are weak is like saying everyone's moves are weak, He has copied movies from powerful people lol.

2nd his target doesn't have to stand still to be attacked by Kamui lol, He has caught 2 sasunoo arrows that move pretty fast, a rocket, took off the arm of a moving deidara and a nail while he was near death. Kakashi's aim with Kamui is pretty good.

But I do think the 2nd Mizukage would win

Kakashi would give the second Mizukage some trouble though. I doubt the Clam genjutsu would mess with Kakashi, since he has sharigan. A good lightining tech could take out that Clam most likely.

Kakashi does have the upper hand since we have seen that the Hozuki clan have a weakness to lighting, which Kakashi has specialized in. What seperates the Mizukage from Kakashi in strength is the exploding Clone thingy.

So if Kakashi can get him before that happens Kakashi wins

Who says it has to the target has to move in straight lines, all he has to do is keep his eye on the moving target for a given time depending on mass and density and then he can send it somewhere. Even if he is only able to take a leg or an arm the battle turns in his favor. And you can't say that he can't keep his eye on the Mizukage b/c the Mizukage isn't that fast, Gaara was able to to keep up with him and Kakashi has sharigan which allows the user to read the movements of their opponent.

no he can't .. kamui requires more focus.. when deidara was on his bird flying, and he even shifted a little bit, he missed... when he started flying straight, he got it on his arm, so far everything kamui has hit moved straight, the miissile, nail, arrow,deidara,

mhmm... Good point alright alright, your right lol. But I would think by now he would have better aim and focus to hit an object that isn't moving in a straight line, well just have to wait and see i guess
