2nd mizukage low difficulty. A doesnt have the intelligence to get past the 2nd mizukage genjutsu.
I mean he gave the allied force his weaknesses and they still couldnt figure out the trick.
Allied force =- roughly 500 people (brains) > A's brain U_U

mizukage with ease.
raikage will never figure out the nature of the genjutsu. and even if he could (at least half an hour) he can never find the clam. so if nothing else he'll die from using all of his chakra up

The mizukage would win.If the genjutsu is cancelled and the clam crushed,what I doubt,Jokei Boy would finish him.It has a great speed level and the raikage wouldn't have enough time to flee from the explosions.
