If the 2nd mizukage can get his clam out lol at the very beginning of a fight with someone with no sensing capabilities, he will win 100% of the time. As the enemy will not be able to find him.

This includes:

Bee (without samehada)
A
3rd raikage
Most probably any sharingan user
any current kage (minus gaara)
orochimaru
etc

he is pretty underestimated

PS: this doesnt include insanely OP characters like Madara, Tobi etc

He won't die he's an Edo too, and normal Madara can't do meteors otherwise he'll die himself, do not overestimate that ability...
