2nd Mizukage beats all 3, and then 10 other Kage/Jonin guys (depending on who they are). Not even sensory powers break the genjutsu. Uchiha's, Sages and Hosts should be fine... plus Gaara... and people with the No Feat limit... otherwise opponents of the Mizukage have a problem.
