with the lava release she can produce the boiling mist aswell which can be difficult for him to catch mei with his s/t jutsu...and as for edo tensei...just tell me who is he gna revive??
It doesn't matter who he revives because Mei will have to worry about whoever he does and than Tobirama could just catch her by surprise with his S/T jutsu and end it.

Tobirama is the best water user in the series, and both mei's KGs are a bad matchup vs water, kisame beat the lava user jinchuuriki roshi, and doesn't steam liquify when it hits water? even if it's corrosive what's it going to do to a wave?

plus tobirama has space/time ninjutsu, definitely not advanced as tobi and probably inferior to minato's also (i'm inferring this from the way minato was analyzing tobi's s/t), but even if it pales compared to those two, it's still a huge advantage to have.

To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to revive. Kabuto remarks that this basically amounts to grave-robbing, although blood stains or organs salvaged after the target's death also work. The soul of the intended revived must also reside in the pure world (浄土, jōdo); those whose soul has been consumed by the Death God, for example, cannot be resurrected.
Torune being revived with Fū as the sacrifice.

Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special seal with the living sacrifice in the centre. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the revived had at the time of their death. The process is apparently somewhat painful as seen when Fū was used to revive Torune. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user. The user can theoretically revive a limitless number of people in this way, so long as they have enough sacrifices, chakra and DNA to perform the technique.

does tobirama meets these requirements...is he gna meet these requiments just at that time??...its a long strugle....and it need time to revive asweell...what if she doesnt even gives tobirama any tym at all so how do u suppose its gna happen??

It doesn't really matter because he doesn't need it to defeat Mei. S/T jutsu and water style is enough.

Mei seems to be the weakest of the Kages at the moment. And the 2nd Hokage like most of the Hokages each are very strong and their fans can give arguments for each of them being stronger than one another.....She loses bad....I really Like Mei too but Kishi seems to treat her like kitty litter

1. lava can go thru water, it cant bee cooled with jux water
2. she has that poisonous mist attack...

but tobirama is
1. 2nd hokage, a senju with great chara reserve...
2. he has space time jutsu
