Just gather wind chakra spit it out into your hand and shape it into a sphere then cut through the air with the sphere in any pattern you want and whilst your doing that release senbons of wind from the sphere.Much like the Chidori senbons.

I gather wind chakra and breathe it into my hand into a sphere shape wind. I then cut the air with the hand with the wind sphere in and release multiple wind senbons that cut through the air
