The Weeknd
-Doesnt use auto tune
-Can Perform live (which Trey Can't)
-and has a bigger range than Chris.

You can't hear it in any of his singles other than Earned It. Listen to Love Me Harder and Dark Times, then I will willfully debate it.
Umm yes he dose use auto tune. His live performances shows that. Pretty much everybody dose to correct errors.

I have love me harder on my play list and I listened to his live on it. He clearly use auto tune but that doesn't mean he's bad xD

Having a wider range doesn't mean better. Ariana range is wider than Beyounce's but Beyonce is a better and stronger singer. The weekend doesn't have the strongest voice tbh

I actually think he has the best album of 2015, if you're looking at it from a body of art perspective. Unless of course you Factor In TPIB or 2014FHD, which are the best rap albums of the decade.
Beauty Behind the Madness was amazing.
His best songs as a whole are probably.
1.Love Me Harder ft Ariana Grande
2.Dark Times Ft Ed Sheeran
3. Trust Issues
4. Wicked Games
5. Tell Your Friends.
Listen to those they're fire.
Nah from an artistic standpoint, I'd put TPAB over BBTM too. From the fusion of trap, jazz, and hip-hop to the cultural relevancy and powerful emotional, social and personal narratives, the album is already a classic. BBTM, and most of The Weeknd's music, is shallow, but decorated with a powerful voice with dense beats. Kendrick, on the other hand, has dense messages, lyrics, beats, and flow almost all of the time. He's just overall the better artist when compared to Abel.

TPIB was a typo for TPAB. Which, along with 2014 FHD, elevated the bar for rap, which I acknowledged. But no other pop or R&B album has come close to BBTM for the last few years, other than Maybe Aquarius, and, I anticipate, Joyride and Anti.

Auto tune and voice layering is different. He doesn't use auto tune. Not to say he sings better, just that the music is raw.

nominated artists were like
Thank God Adele released her album too late...
So next year's nominations are kinda predictable already.

I'm rooting for The Weekend. Talented lad.and Amazing vocals.
Whether I like it r not Taylor Swift will one Grammy .
Kendrick Lamar c'mon with those 11 nominations?? He can grab 3 to 4 Grammys .

I laughed out loud seeing back 2 back.

Anyways the Compton album was fire but it has too many features imo.

My personal favourite from that list was definitely FHD. But I'm fairly confident TPAB will win, either that or Compton.

Nicki Minaj isn't even worth mentioning tbh

How isn't she worth mentioning when her album is one of the best out of that list

Just because you might not like her doesn't mean the album wasn't solid and highly acclaimed

She's not that bad, she can rap when she wants to. But we're talking about Dre who hasn't made an album in how long? Kendrick and J Cole who are top tiers in their primes releasing arguably their best stuff to date (personally I liked good kid m.A.A.d city much more, but that's besides the point).

There are levels to this thing, and Nicki isn't on theirs.

I'm not gonna act like I've listened to her album, but she has no place winning over these other guys. I haven't even mentioned Drake but that's because that "album" of his was junk imo.

Dr. Drew is irrelevant . How is not making a alblun in a long time have anything to do with quality?

Kendrick is the only one who needs to be brought up tbh about truly winning. Critics gave TPAB a 96/100 I think on metacritic. 2014 Forest Hills Drive is a 67. Obviously Kendrick album is by far better and you can tell by listening. TPP is 70 and IYRTITL is 78.

Drake, Nicki, Cole, and Kendrick had the best rap albums 2014/2015. And saying Nicki isn't in their tier? Please stop with the biasness listen to the music with a clear mind than judge. I don't like certain artist but don't say they don't deserve a nom when they clearly do.

The greatest pop, male or female, vocalist of all time. Stay mad haterz.

Now watch in horror as she effortlessly destroys your faves.

Aretha Franklin or Whitney Houston says hi.
