[Suggestion] 2015 Mod Special Election Extravaganza!!!

In light of recent events I believe a MSEE(Mod Special Election Extravaganza) should be held. There are too many trolls that carry on with all sorts of nonsense. No disrepect to the current mods they but it seems they can't get the job done properly. The trolls already out number the mods by a great amount, not only do they have to deal with trolls but regular members with other situations. This is not the only problem, it seem some mods just don't care anymore to the point where they dont even mod and I can't blame them, it not the most exciting "job". I thinks its time to see some new faces in the position of a mod and not just another regular mod, we need some people with integrity and burning with youth that can get the job done properly. The time zone also seems to be a an issue with some of the members although I never noticed. Just wanted point out some stuff, again no disrepect to anyone. I think we should proceed by holding the first ever SB/NB MSEE.

Mods are selected when the Admins see fit. If there is a need for more mods then they will seek out for them.

The mods are doing and getting their job done. You can't expect them to moderate every little thing. There is a report button. Report posts that are breaking the rules. The issue will be taken care of.

The admins run this forum. They know what it "needs"

Administrators take care of the whole site-including the front
page where the Manga and anime are updated + the forum

If there were a need for new moderators then new mods would be picked. Since there isn't a need atm new moderators won't be picked.

Mod applications will be held if Zise thinks we need more mods or, if it's really urgent, some people will be directly contacted by him after having discussed it with other staff members.

With that said you pretty much shot down your own chances of becoming a mod via either scenarios.
