all he did was take a pic, copy it and smudge it all up.

Pft, all you do is take the render, copy the layer, and put a motion blur on the bottom copied layer...

They;re quite good, I prefer the first one because it's not as empty. Tey and learn how to use the smudge tool by the way.

its sounds easy, but it really isn't. there is about 18 different smudge/brush tools that i used, ans 24 layers to the pic.

it took about 2-3 hours for each.
