Hashirama was a fodder.
Itachi is the same from Part 1... Kisame is the same from part 1.. Jiraya is the same from part 1.. Don't see the power scale change. Just seeing stronger people .1. No, all you can do is state "that was anime" to argue your point, but it doesn't change the fact that Kishi has changed the power scaling in the manga between the time skips and more recently has gone all DBZ on certain characters. Part 1 and Part 2 are just terms used to describe the events that occurred before and after the time skip, that is all.
2. You are 100% correct on this one. The word fodder is thrown around far too recklessly.

if you cant contribute anything against the villain, you are a fodder.
1. The whole thing about "Power scale difference" between Part 1 and Part 2.. And especially when its used in the manga.. cause in the manga there is no "Part 1" or "Part 2". Only exists in the anime.
And this "power scale difference".. Don't see that at all.
2. The word 'fodder' being used like a joke. "Tobirama died by bunch of fodders". " Everyone in the war is a fodder ".. "Raikage took on bunch of 10k fodders".. Apparently Elite ninjas.. can be considered fodder without us seeing them fgiht.
The word "Fodder" is thrown around way too much.
