ok Let's start
The first one, as ya said, has a lit too much going on there, but I must tell it is balanced! It's quite nice, except the text :| Don't like ti, but I reckon that without it, the composition would look weird.
About the second one, this just a matter of colors: A lit of red on the yellow light source would give the sig more contrast.
Nice work still!

For the first one, there's a lot going on in it, maybe a bit simpler would be good xd
For the second one, it looks really good! But exactly what did you do about it except cropping?

for the first one xd i agree...like i said, i overused the c4d's xd

and the second one, i didnt crop it ,i made the background and used a render, no stocks in there
i used this render

you should xd....c4d's are pretty cool..i just started using them, so my sigs could be waay better, but ill get better at gfx'ing

and cool xd...im not that good at making gifs..good luck xd
