2 sig questions

ok i got 2 questions about ma sig

1
What is the correct size for a sig to make it fill the whole space for it?.

2
Can take a sig straight from ma pc instead of uploading it to ma album first since the max res is only 911*800??

and second it is larger then *911*
so do you know how to put a sig in your sig that isnt in your album list??

yes i tried photo bucket and photoshop a few times but i couldnt propperly use them if ma life depended on it
and 900 is way to short..the one i have now is 911 px

uh, the max size without getting compressed is 800x200
