My money is on the trio. Double Rinnegan Madara should already be in the ballpark of power, and with two more top tier guys on his side, they should be able to win. Kaguya could prove me wrong in upcoming chapters, but as it currently stands, I'll favor the trio of what is basically the manga's three strongest characters, Naruto/Sasuke aside.

That logic IS terrible, since naruto/sasuke may receive yet another power up. And even if they don't, it's very possible that they haven't shown their full power yet.(they may unlock/use more powers as the fight goes on) We already know that Kaguya is on a completely different level to 3 eyed rinnegan madara(as stated by sasuke) and the other 2 are fodder compared to kaguya if that's true.
