[Question] 2 questions.

Firstly: Why did Roger tell Rayleigh he won't die and then Rayleigh said "Roger is dead." (Why would they say this???)

And secondly; Why didn't Kidd use any of his DF abilities on the Pacifista? Being that they are made of metal and it should work to his advantage.

all will be revealed or roger probably knew he was going to die and said he wasn't so rayliegh wouldn't feel sad but he knew and we don't really knw the extent of kidds abilities

second im sure the pacifista have some kind of devil fruit protection, im not sure neither

Yeah I guess that's somewhat true.

1. I think Roger meant that his will and legacy wont die, that people will remember him for thousands of years.

2. I think using Haki to prevent that is the correct answer. Just like how you nullify the effects of a logia-type DF user using Haki on your attack you can use it for defense too.
