2 Questions about Chapter 536

These were the first things that came to my mind after I read the newest chapter.

1) Did Naruto eat Iruka's note?

2) Is the thing Madara summoned the creature Nagato summoned and used against Hanzo after he killed Yahiko, The Demonic Statue of the Outer Path?

2. yea i would say so. but seems like Madara summoned the whole thing where Nagato summoned the torso??

Yes and yes.

Naruto eating the note was pretty strange, but it was to symbolize what Bee was saying about him, that everything Iruka told him, has stayed with him. In this case, that was the literal truth lol.

As for the statue, we know for a fact that it is in fact the statue that Nagato summoned when fighting Hanzou. We know Madara used Nagato to summon it for him and he apparently gave him the permanent ability through the Rinnegan. Since Madara has the Rinnegan back in his possession, he can once again summon it.
