So the only requirements to use IWR is to have the person you want to

summon is DNA, a human sacrafice and for their soul not to be sealed away...

with that being said what would happen if someone else was to try using Edo

on someone who is summoned by another... for instance now that tobi knows

how to use it would it work if he had some of lets say Nagato's DNA`?

the soul has to be in the pure world; if you've already brought a soul from the pure world to the impure world, it's no longer in the pure world, so you cannot summon it again.
