i dont use dodge and burn lol xP i just choose a shade lighter and darker and then draw in my own shadows xDpretty good^^
you might want to use the burn and dadge tools to add shadows^^
thats why i put 2-d colouring xP cuz i wasnt gona put in the shadows ^^... yetnice coloring, but you must focus on small details of pic, as NG said, you should focus more in shadows and the use of burn tool, also, Konoha's head protector should be have lighter color IMO
