i don't know much about first hokage but still nobody can challenge the potential of itachi(although he had a limited amount of chakra) and sasuke besides they both are pretty good in strategies so its obvious they will win against hokage. i think even single uchiha can give him hard time

what...first hokage beat EMS Madara (strongest uchiha ever) AND full power 9 tailed kurama..by himself. plus hashirama has fought uchihas all his life and despite madara being around, he was admired as the most powerful shinobi in the world.
