Kisame would be used to wear Hashirama out and Itachi would be clean up.
Kisame absorbs Mokuton chakra over and over after he uses jutsu and then restocks ^__^ and throws everything at Hashi while Itachi Amaterasu or seals in confusion.

yea not the best I've seen from u man. Though tired you didnt consider total darkness jutsu, pollen (flowers), clones

Darkness jutsu can be stopped through disruption of chakra right?
Samehada is constantly channeling chakra to Kisame and taking it. Should be enough to disrupt bringer of darkness. Sharingan sees through genjutsu, so no worries for itachi.
As for the wood clones..

That should be enough to take clones on, at the expense of minimal chakra on Kisames part. Idk if Hashis clones are fast enough to dodge Amaterasu.. Or yasaga magmta or w.e it's called.
Itachi however has Amaterasu which will burn Mokuton up all the way(including forest if Kisame has used his jutsu)
I'm not sure on speed feats of Hashis but we can guess that he's fast enough to dodge Amaterasu, and Yasaka Magamta(spell check).
Either way Amaterasu burns all the Mokuton in one easy use.

GOOD (rep) but one to thing to mention by the 1st possess both water and earth release. Kisame making it a water atmophere wouldnt hinder the 1st Hokage much at all. His water release may have been a factor against Madara as well.
Total darkness effects only the eye sight, tho Itachi may see his chakra, he wouldnt be able to counter attacks, nor use some of best techniques effectively.
Also, it may be same to say his healing ability (not sure) could have the same effect on clones, as they are a special kind.
Yeah Hashi might get a boost but Kisame can continue to take chakra from Mokuton.
So sharingan couldn't break the jutsu?
That's true those are high level clones. We'll see how good they are soon. Madara said something about each of them with susanoo??
But for the Pein fight. Shinra tensei ALL Mokuton and at the cost of Konans life Pein uses Chibaku Tensei and Mokuton isn't enough to stop it.
Chibaku Tensei is a little too OP

Mokuton wouldnt be a much of a factor underwater ( i think) thus this would allow the 1st to manuver the water just as Kisame. However, this would leave Itach in a tough situation.
I'm sure that might be a way to break, but as of now the only way to avoid it would be to use genjutsu on him first.
Madara asked if they prefered Susanoo or clones, the clones are high level but he cant perform they together.
Pein has the feats to defeat the 1st Hokage, but we know how much he relies of eyesight. This would be his downfall IMO
