Skins too yellow..he looks sickly.

Good, but in all honesty, it has no shading, it needs depth. It just looked like someone used the bucket tool and made it in a couple of minutes. The skin is a little too colory. And the hair to the left creates an empty space illusion where there is supposed to be shading for the collar. If you learn how to shade, it would be pretty good. If you use photoshop, try using the Airbrush and it will come in handy.
