1st and 3rd mizukages?

These are the only two mizukages we know nothing about. What abilities do you think they have? Do you think they have unique abilities other then water users most likely? And while I'm at it, what kind of abilities do you think yagura had?

i think yagura is genjutsu specialist (because of sanbi and his fog)

if he were a genjutsu specialist then madara is really good for being able to control him
