ok. there isnt nowhere where it says u can train in costum elements, can i request a element to them or do i just have to post the costum elements i want. cuz ik its not there but like Void element (space element) can i ask can they put that on the list. also to have magnet release i read it all, and it said that in order to have magnet release i have to be from a certain place in a bio, do i just state im from that village and have the necesacarry elements mastared to learn it. or is their a draw back

For costume elements, you should seek an expert in costumes. That would not be somebody from the US. Try asking a Japanese cosplayer.

Read the rules further for Magnetism. I am fairly sure you are also required to have been a member for one month. About custom elements, no. You need to get it approved in the Custom Elements Bureau. To post a custom element, it requires that you be of Kage rank.

no, most CE's can't be taught, because there is a limited number of people who can learn any of the CE's ( we all want void )

you need to be kage rank to create a CE
