In a Ninja world, let alone Narutoverse, any plot hole that relates to physical appearance can easily be explained (e.g., Naruto's sexy-no-jutsu). Even plot holes relating to timelines can be explained by inventing a time-travel-no-jutsu.
But not plot holes relating to motives and character.
Please reread chapters 238-242 (Kakashi's Gaiden) and ask yourselves the nature of the character being portrayed here by Obito.
Now reread chapters 467, 396-401 (Sasuke and Tobi's heart-to-heart talk) and ask yourselves the nature of the character being portrayed here by Tobi.
Now all of a sudden... a 180-degree turn in character with no chapter explaining why??
Oh and btw, in a ninja world, it is forbidden to leave the body of a dead comrade behind, especially that of an uchiha since you would not want your enemy to discover its secrets, or perhaps Minato was just plain cruel and stupid to let the body of Obito lying around there.
