Wouldn't anyone think of what you said is to excuse Goku? Goku didn't go all out on 17? I'm not convinced. I never watched all DBS. Just few episodes here and there. The big events. The important episodes.

#17 asked at the end of the fight if Goku was still nog at full power and Goku admitted to still not having fought at full power (#17 also still held some back btw).

And 17 held too, so I expect the fight will be draw or Goku lose stamina after long while. Such as 17 and 18 were limitless in power. It takes a ridiculous strength to break through androids such as them.

I doubt there was much reasoning why goku went to blue, People are just reading into it too much. Like when Goku went blue on an out of shape, out of practice krillin who just lifted a few weights lmao.

These eps feel more like filler that the animation stuido shat out to pad episodes and create hype for the tournament. I just hope the manga does is better (which is has been doing over all so far) or it just cuts this crap completely and jumps to the main event.

I believe that both are not going 100% but here I think its like Goku just going about 10% but 17 at 50% to equal 10% SSB Goku power output. If 17 go 100% Goku will be at 20% of his true power and if SSB Goku up his power output to 100% no 17 will not able to match him bcus Goku is to far from 17 limit.

Like say Messi going 5% of his potential to play soccer with school children so those school children have a chance to enjoy playing, take a ball from Messi although we know its impossible for them to matching Messi and take a ball from him if he plays to his full potential

I watched a few YouTube videos trying to figure out all the chatter about 17 and unfortunately he is on Gokus level, its BS and its an ass pull but what can you do.

17 wasn't even the perfect android that Dr.Gero wanted, it was suppose to be Cell. But now all of a sudden Toriyama says 17 has great potential and is now Gokus level of all people by just fighting fodder poachers in the woods?
