Not being biased; I've just acquired a distaste for the short-sighted individuals who are still under the vague belief that Jiraiya or Kakashi could single-handedly triumph over Itachi; much more while in a healthy state.

SM Even's the Match. If Jiraiya was in Base; Itachi would use a bunshin to one-shot him with DuskCrow Genjutsu and a kunai strike to the neck before he's even able to enter SM especially from that distance and there's nothing in Jiraiya's arsenal that can be faster initiated than Itachi's handseal speed to create a bunshin.

But regarding this thread; still indecisive about who'd be victorious and why. ​
