darui is the top underated character imo with his gale style kekki genkei storm release and now having spirit weapons anymore power ups and he tanks the shinobi world
Agreed. I think most people forget the Third Raikage (who can go head to head with the 3rd strongest entity in the Narutoverse and not take any damage whatsoever and just plain old rocks hard) CHOSE Darui to pass down his Black Lightning technique to. I mean I personally feel Kumogakure is the 2nd strongest of the Ninja Villages and if there strongest Shinobi ever passed down one of his sacred techniques to Darui....I think it is OUR DUTY as intelligent Naruto-followers to give Darui nothing short of a 6/10 on that pure fact

He's cool, and I think his lighting style is pretty unique, but I haven't really seen much of him to say. And to me, he seems like a simple kakashi-ish clone

the most unique in the entire series. I'm not saying it's the strongest, but between his Storm-Release and Black-Lightning techniques, I would definitely think his lightning style is bar-none the most unique (as well as other things as well).
I do agree though and have said in the past that he reminds me of Kumogakure's Kakashi. Except now I would say he is Kakashi and Omoi mixed into one.
He is light-hearted, funny and calm, but at the same time he is easily one of those Shinobi's who border Kage level. He was able to defeat 2 characters whose squad had killed Tobirama. I wish Kishi had given him a little bit more time in the Manga both story-wise and all-around.
