I gave him a 10, though Kishi could have used him better, but I like him.

I'll go with 8/10.

He wasn't all that bad.~

darui is the top underated character imo with his gale style kekki genkei storm release and now having spirit weapons anymore power ups and he tanks the shinobi world

He's overrated.

I have nothing against this character and his skills are pretty cool, but for some reason I don't really like this character either.

5/10 - meh.

He seemed to be a cool character with.potential but he was underused and lacked development but still i like him so I'll give him a six.

He's an ok character, has nice abilities and above average chakra reserves. I'm just not too into his character..

He's cool, and I think his lighting style is pretty unique, but I haven't really seen much of him to say. And to me, he seems like a simple kakashi-ish clone

 

[Darth Vader]

7. I like his techniques, but we haven't seen enough of him.

7/10.. He's like the Cloud Village's Kakashi.

He's cool, but not as badass as Kakashi.

 

[Cosman]

6/10. I find him a somewhat bland character to be quite honest. I like the lazy design he has and he has a decent enough moveset. Wish he was expanded on a little more. I didn't really enjoy the kin and gin fights he had

 

[Bananawolf]

4/10, pretty dull, not too much character development at all

 

[Guntah]

He is pretty badass, but is little shown. 8/10

 

[KayaUzumaki]

I gave him a 4. The fact that he is the only other user of Black Lightning gave him points...so did his attitude. I just wish we could see more from him. Then I could give a better judgement.
