There is no self defense in that kind of case. That is like saying "Oh, you killed a couple hundred of people in an attack on a base, we nuke you now...twice...Woops, collateral damage, who would've guessed a powerful weapon would have tons of damage and far reaching repercussions that are unable to be fixed?"

Let's be realistic. The article says that the murder-boy stabbed the bully 12 times and one of the stabs pierced the heart. The case, to me, is very simple. Either the bully had MANY damn chances of running away, but decided to continue his shit despite being stabbed by a frikin knife. Or, the bully was begging for the murder-boy to stop, but alas, he was stabbed anyways. Either the boy is completely 'innocent', or had a damn good lawyer.
