not sure i want to say kakashi because itachi is 13 but itachi unlocked ms by then so probably itachi

current kakashi know about tsukiyomi,even when he fought the itachi 30% he didn't fear itachi's eyes and chalenged him and said " i was unprepared against tsukiyomi,i'm not like that this time". that was more than 300 chapter ago .
kakashi didn't know that itachi was itachi clone .
but whatver in that fight kakashi didn't fight , it was the clone of kakashi who fought the clone of itachi.

furthermore kakashi feinted itachi's genjutsu with a clone ,when orochimaru failed against the similar level of genjutsu.itachi 30% or not his genjutsu would still fail in that situation.

Point still stands that kakashi couldnt defeat oro in part 1 when itachi did and even now current kakashi cannot defeat a weakened oro.
Whilst i agree that kakashi used a superb strategy against a 30% itachi clone, point still stands that it wasnt 1 vs 1.
Back on topic. I still havent decided who i think would win this. I will give the edge to 13 year old itachi though, because if we were to put current kakashi in the position a 13 year old itachi was, he wouldve lost.
I cannot see current kakashi blitzing 3 sharigan users in the konoha police force and beating them. Cannot see him even with the help of tobi, slaughtering the uchiha clan. Cannot see him beating oro. Yet a 13 year old did.
Out of respect to kakashi and kakashi fans in general i will say kakashi takes this with high difficulty

Actually I'm pretty sure there were some instances where that the Uchihas eventually picked up on it and began to go out and attack Itachi, or at least try to attack him. Also Itachi used Tsukuyomi on Sasuke when Sasuke came into the room and Itachi was over their dead parents. I believe that's when he showed Sasuke everything that happened in the illusion. It looked as if his parents had their backs turned but there were some cases where you'd see some Uchihas running as if they were going out to attack and Itachi just ices them...That could've only been in the anime but I'm not sure.
I'm sure Itachi had Tsukuyomi when he was 13 as well, and yes, the attack was an ambush but not every Uchiha had their back turned, he killed them out in the streets and more then likly fought some of them.
