nooo, Show me the EXACT page where Minato uses the space/time. I know minato has space/time, but he never used it in the manga. I just read it over and it just ALERTS him NOTHING ELSE.

No one but madar and yondaime can use flicker in fights i judge

Sasuke can use shunshin...
He used it in the fight with madara and deidera, therefor it is not a special technique unique to just a few people, and is very common.

and btw, even if it is only usable by a few people, madara has not been shown to use it, he has only been shown to have sharingan, and space/time

There should be a couple rules where it can't be used to dodge something, or if it is dodged can only dodge like attacks from people below a certain rank, but the jutsu should still be allowed to be used.
