I can easily see some of them not making it, like Kushina or Baki,

However, I do think we'll see alot of these characters. Perhaps, just make the other swordsman (Besides Zabuza/Suigetu/Kisame) just supports?

I'd love to be them though.

Very doubtful IMO.

I think we'll see Madara wearing the Tobi mask, aswell as him wearing the Sharingan/Rinnegan mask.

So it's still a fight I mean that's like saying all shikamaru did to hidan was wrap him up in his shadows and throw the lighter so it's not a fight.

shikimaru actually put up a fight and we seen shikimaru fight way more than once konahamuro only did sexy no jutsu and a rasengan thats all he ever did since the beggining of naruto

Don't expect Konohamaru to be in the game as a playable character. Maybe support, but I don't know.

He could be, but I highly doubt it. And don't compare him to Shikamaru. Shikamaru did fight Hidan. Konohamaru did fight the one path. A quick fight xd
