Hey, all. I just posted on the 100th page of a thread, how do I get my award?

The award was only for a certain thread and that thread is now closed

You don't. You only could get the 100th page award if you posted on the 100th page of the Random Insanity thread

You must be registered for see links

However that thread was closed a week ago, so you can't win that award anymore (for the moment at least)
