Who knows if a Tailed beast bomb could be destroyed that easily , I dont think we've ever seen that. A clone's rasenshuriken could stop that arrow or deviate his trajectory . It would be shot at an distance as Sasuke would not stay close to a tbb of that size and that give Naruto the seconds he needs to react

A simple SM rasengan kind of harmed Obito , I believe a BSM Rasenshuriken would cause some damage. BSM Naruto with 100% Kurama would have at least an equal amount of his current chakra reserves.

Current Naruto only hold 50% kyubi , and a portion of all tailed beasts. Considering 50% Kurama is superior to all complete tailed beast, 100% Kyubi reunited would outclasses them again . Naruto might now hold the Sage Senjutsu , it's still only Senjutsu and based on receiving the Nature energy , he might be able to receive and mold more chakra with Hagoromo's because its obviously a superior one, but BSM Naruto also had already considerably mastered his SM so the chakra gap between these two modes shouldn't be that wide, also considering he would have more chakra to mold to receive more Nature energy with the complete Nine tails

Considering Naruto's feats ( before Hagoromo's powerup ) and prowess, with only the half of the Kyubi's chakra, I wonder what he would be capable of with the totality of it . I also wonder what EMS Sasuke would need to compete with him.
It's kind of unfair though considering how the Kyubi's chakra is immense , and I believe this is why the author obviously has chosen to give Naruto only the half of it. But anyway, I believe 100% Kurama BSM Naruto would surpass Current Sasuke, considering this is just EMS Sasuke with PS and teleportation, He would definitely need more feats to be equal to that version of Naruto.. As Naruto only needs intel on Sasuke's holding teleportation, and a nice starting distance where Sasuke cannot directly reach Naruto @ the start of the fight for that latter to easily overwhelm him. Debatable anyway but lets get to the point. Naruto's whole techniques and speed would be increased by 50% more of Kyubi's chakra , as he has now even more chakra to put in his Rasengan variations and Tailed beast bombs, bigger and more powerful BM, (complete?) and adding BSM to this.. He would definitely have the potential to be a demi god even before receiving the Sage powerups and chakra.

Naruto's KM speed is compared to Minato's FTG speed alone, his BM speed packs more power with the speed. Naruto have been training and fighting for like 3-4 days almost non-stop and only rested when Sakura healed him 2x. Constant battles does put a strain on you mentally and physically yet Naruto kept fighting, even when Tsunade heals someone sge would make them rest their body for days as we see with Kakashi (2x), Sasuke, Naruto (2x), and Lee.
Naruto was out or really low on chakra that he was kicked out of KM when he tried to go BM and Kurama asked him to stay in normal form so he try gathering more chakra then ends up borrowing chakra from Yin Kurama then both gave chakra comparable to Hashirama chakra volume to the alliance so Minato could FTG them the when a Naruto went BM Sasuke showed to be bothered by this then when Naruto went BSM Sasuke showed to have jealousy. This is pretty much half of Naruto's power since he borrowed if from Yin Kurama and gave a ton to the alliance afterword.

I am not comparing Current Naruto to this version of Naruto saying that latter would be better in a fight or anything , I said he would have more chakra . Current Naruto indeed gained the Nine tailed beasts powers and that gives him a lot of destruction power, techniques and variations , but a huge Lava Rasenshuriken shouldnt be that much ahead of a normal rasenshuriken used with the same amount of chakra and in BSM. There is not such things as weaker Senjutsu though . I just go by the flow by guessing the Sage one is better , as otherwise I'd get bombarded by dumb responses constantly , but all Senjutsus are equals, there are just the ways to exploit Nature's chakra. It only absorb the Nature chakra, and the feats you display in SM also depends of your own power itself as you mix your own chakra to the nature energy , the more you can put and the more you receive SM . Frog SM has not been proven to absorb more or less than DSM etc , and the Sage SM is the result of All nine beasts chakra (portions) + Sage mode + A part of Hagoromo's chakra . Now comparing the advantages of both is another thing , but there is no proof the Sage Senjutsu can provide more chakra.

BSM Potential really has never been shown . Naruto could create equal techniques to giants tbbs . Base Naruto has been able to produce that even after all the fights including the one with Jin Obito, lets imagine what this hypothetical one could .
With a good starting distance, clones , and intel on Sasuke having teleportation , I believe Naruto would take Current Sasuke down .
