Back in 2004, Comedy Central aired a 5-part mini-series listing the 100 greatest stand-up comedians of all time. As that list is obviously outdated, I've constructed a current list of my own, adding some newer or more deserving comics, as well as keeping some of the more classic sons of comedy. Just keep these in mind:
1. It's my opinion. Please respect it.
2. If you disagree with anything, simply point out whom you believe is absent, shouldn't be there, is too high up, or too low. Please do not just disregard the entire list, which is honestly quite childish.
3. If you'd like to post your own list, do so by all means. If you don't know 100 comedians, that's perfectly fine. Adjust the number. There are a few on my own list that I am unfamiliar with, though I kept them due to their status' on the original list, so you aren't alone.
