[Theory] 10 tails a lie?

After reading the chapter i think the stuff about 10 tails is a lie.

I think the 9 tails are all part of the s06p souls or chakra which he created because he was going to die or because he knew that will happen in the future and he wanted to come back at a time when he can give power/knowledge to someone that can make a real difference.

So once the 9 tails are free they will give some power to naruto so naruto can see the so6p and get some of his powers.

It wont happen anytime soon i dont think and i know this was vaguely predicted i just wanted to be specific.

What do you guys think?

WTH:flaw: The Sage was referring to when they were the Juubi. The Juubi was evil and desired destruction. So the Sage was saying the will get to experience life and determine what's right and wrong on their own and one day they will be reunited to follow the path of righteousness.

again the only person mentioning 10 tails is tobi if you want to believe an unnamed mask man who has already lied before thats your choice

So are the Bijuu lying as well cause they can't be trusted???
