Thinking about how things are turning out in terms of all shinobi being under 1 head protector and all the hokage united. I believe after Madara is defeated there will be a new Chain of command and there will be 1 world leader. With this being said I believe Naruto will become the first

Sekai Kage or World Shadow

Another thing I belive is Sasuke and Naruto will have a final battle to see who will lead this 1 world Village. More so a friendly competetive battle.

Whaa? How would a unifying government be considered a dictatorship lol

A one-world village system..would this also mean that there would only be one Daimyo? I wonder how that would turn out? It wouldn't be any easier than a World Kage. Depending on who would be alive, the Raikage might be the first Sekaikage considering he was the Supreme Commander of the shinobi forces in SW4.

And that's when the ninja world finally obtains a Type-1 Civilization! =D

Very true which is exactly whats needed for World Peace. If everyone is united finally then whats the need of ninja system in terms of military?

the S06p dream was to use ninjutsu as a means to acheiving peace. Everyone is united now so everyone can peacefully enjoy there lives and learn jutsu

If they're able to access the world with it, then it's Type-1; otherwise, Type-0.

I like things the way they are, division is good, and each village can remain unspoilt. An Alliance is well and good but just giving up the identity of each individual village to have one big thing is just eh i don't like it

Thats the only way people can come cliser to understanding each other and get rid of the ninja system but that would be the end of the series lol. Im certain that this would just mean Ninjas living the old life and this would inevitably create another villain who will just want to change the world again, true peace can never be obtained.
