Ok. on my haseo bio his thingy is magnetism. not gold or iron sand just plain magnetism. BUT he originated the same place where the swift release people orginiated. once i master wind and lightning when i update can i resubmit him as a swift bio? since he is eligible

No,a bio cannot have two Kekai genkai but there are some exceptions like Mei Terumi Bio.

Pick one. U_U Magnetism or Swift. You can't have two Kekkai Genkai.
